I supported cross‑functional marketing initiatives by conducting market, competitor, product, and vendor research to inform strategic decisions. I assisted the digital team with keyword research, ad copy development, performance tracking, and compliance review. I contributed to social media strategy by creating and scheduling content, managing engagement, and analyzing metrics. I also supported website development through CMS updates and SEO optimization.

Supported media outreach and press conference logistics. Created PowerPoints, edited audio with Audacity, and maintained media contact lists. Organized digital files and streamlined communication efforts across multiple platforms and audiences.
